Thank you for shopping with AMANTE. All products are produced in limited quantities, with some items made locally or on demand. Below you will find all details regarding shipping, delivery times and responsibilities.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

During high-demand periods (drops, tours, limited capsules) processing may take longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Times

Germany & EU

  • Standard shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Carrier: DHL / Deutsche Post / UPS

Worldwide (incl. LATAM & USA)

  • Standard shipping: 7–21 business days

  • Delivery time may vary due to customs or local postal services.

Locally Produced Items

Some AMANTE drops (e.g., tour merch, limited city editions) may be produced locally in the country of the event.

In these cases, local production partners or courier services may be used, and delivery times may differ.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • destination country

  • package weight

  • local production vs. international shipping

4. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for:

  • customs charges

  • import taxes

  • local handling fees

These vary by country and are not included in the product or shipping price. AMANTE is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. If an incorrect address is provided, the buyer is responsible for:

  • reshipping costs

  • lost package responsibility

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, AMANTE is not responsible for:

  • lost parcels

  • stolen parcels

  • delays caused by carriers

7. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

If your order contains a pre-order item:

  • it will ship once the pre-order item is ready

  • estimated dates will be shown on the product page

  • mixed orders may be shipped together or separately depending on stock

8. Local Pickup

For special limited events (e.g., tour drops), local pickup may be offered. Details will be shared via email, WhatsApp groups or social media.

9. Delivery Issues

If you receive:

  • the wrong item

  • a damaged item

  • an incomplete order

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@amante.love with photos and your order number.
