Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Because AMANTE products are produced in limited quantities and often made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the following cases:

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, flawed, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@amante.love with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
  • Original packaging if applicable

We will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on availability.

2. Lost Packages

If the carrier marks an order as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

We can assist, but AMANTE is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation.

3. Wrong Address

If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Limited merchandise
  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards

5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to fast processing and limited stock.
